- Have you updated your dealership's website to include this?
- Do you have every sales team member share this in their social media? Facebook, Instagram, Linkeldn, etc.
The message should not be about come in to take advantage of this offer.
The message is to bring awareness to current customers that if they have current loans...they can trade in for a NEW car, truck, SUV or van - possibly lowering payments or have similar payments.
But more importantly- no payments for up to 6 months.
Not having payments for up to 6 months - means they will not have to be stressed about making payments if their incomes are reduced - means no need to ask to defer payments.
Also means...no need to pay for repairs on their aging vehicle.
Reach out to previous customers to see how they are doing and to see if they need assistance with help in deffering their loans and to check if they are aware of the current Ford Motor Credit program.
