We've all heard the news about Coronavirus.  It's everywhere.  Shutting a country - canceling events, stopping professional sporting games, etc.  People rushing to buy sanitizer and toilet paper getting sold out.

To be clear - I am not a doctor...nor a disease expert.  Nor do I want to put fear out there.

Though we do not know where this is going to go, what's going to happen or how is going to impact us over the coming months.  Are you preparing your dealership in case this will affect your business?  Is better to be over-prepared and not need to be than have to re-act in a desperate mode down the road.

SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS 

Pick up and delivery customer's vehicles for service

Have the ability to receive payment online

Bring loaner vehicles to customers (if needed)
